Healthcare workers need your help

NYC healthcare workers need your help

New York City has become the country’s coronavirus hotspot with the most number of confirmed cases and numbers quickly on the rise. Hospitals are inundated with sick patients, so much so that temporary medical centers are being constructed in empty convention centers and parks.

Doctors, nurses, emergency responders and hospital staff are working day and night to care for these patients, and in many cases are doing so without access to the personal protective equipment they need, as the country faces a critical shortage of supplies. Many have run out of or are low on masks, the very protection they need to stay healthy and continue saving lives.

Getting these masks into the hospitals immediately can mean the difference between life and death.

How you can help

We’re coordinating with local healthcare providers and agencies, including the NYC Mayor’s Office, to ensure masks will be distributed responsively to the places where they are most needed, and we’ve partnered with a manufacturing company to manufacture and ship the necessary masks.

Help get the necessary protective equipment to the front lines immediately by making a tax-deductible donation today.

Masks cost just $3 each, so your generous donation will go a long way in allowing us to get the necessary protective equipment to the front lines immediately.

Thank you for your generosity and support.
